XData (hereinafter referred to as "Company") is an IT company operating in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. We provide software development, website creation, mobile applications, and other IT services.

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are under the supervision of a legal guardian.

We provide the following services:

• Website and web application development
• Mobile application development (iOS and Android)
• CRM and ERP systems
• Telegram bots and automation
• Artificial intelligence solutions
• Digital marketing services

The process for ordering our services is as follows:

• Submit a request: Contact us via the form or Telegram
• Consultation: We discuss your project requirements
• Proposal: We provide a detailed technical proposal and pricing
• Contract: A bilateral contract is signed
• Implementation: The project is executed in stages

All content on the website, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, and software code, is the intellectual property of XData.

Projects developed for clients are transferred to the client after full payment, unless otherwise specified in the contract.

We provide the following warranties for all our projects:

• Technical bug fix warranty (1-12 months depending on project type)
• Free technical support period
• Project documentation and source codes

The Company shall not be liable in the following cases:

• Problems arising from improper use by the user
• Interruptions in third-party services (hosting, domain, API)
• Force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, war, legislative changes)

Any disputes are resolved primarily through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are considered in court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Company reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect from the moment of publication on the website.
